Grilled Asparagus

Here's a quick summery side dish that I love: grilled asparagus. I could eat these by the bundle, and it's so easy.



Just snap the ends off the stalks, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill for a few minutes, until tender - this takes less than 10 minutes, and they're done!



If you don't have a grill, or if it's winter, just prepare the stalks the same way, but instead of grilling them, roast them in a 400 degree oven. Shake them around every so often, and they'll be done in around 15 minutes.
